THIS IS PRE-OWNED in GOOD CONDITION
We placed a battery in the unit and turned it on
and it vibrated.  That is as much as we are able
to test the unit.

This auction is for the Cell phone Accessory Collector
Back in the days when the older Analog cell phones didn't have a Vibrate feature, Radio Shack had the Solution to that problem.
In comes the Cell phone Vibrating Alert Pen.
Great for meetings, school, church, etc.
When your phone needed to be silent, you would just turn the volume down, and turn the pen on.
When your cell phone was receiving a call, the pen would pick up the signal and vibrate letting you know that you were getting a call.
Wow, look how technology has advanced in
2 decades.
Still great for the collector.
It says it will work with any analog cellular phone.
(If there are any still out there)
Selling this as is since it's almost 20 years old we have no way to test this device.
Still a neat thing for a collector to have.
Or Think of it as a Spy toy too.

but after the item(s) is in the hands of the shipping carrier,
we don't have any control over the length of time it takes to make it to your location.  We have seen some extreme delays by the USPS where the item seems to be sitting in a USPS Location.  We wish we could do something about it, but unfortunately, it's out of our control.  We try to provide the best service that we can, but once the item is shipped, we rely on the shipping carrier to deliver the item to your location.

if we cancel the auction, we still get charged transaction fees by paypal, and also we have to adjust our records and relist the item.  If you submit a request to cancel your order, we are now charging a
cancellation
service fee of .00 that needs to be paid BEFORE we will cancel an order.   (99% of the buyers don't change their minds after buying an item, but it's the 1% of the people that has caused us to have to implement this fee.  We hope this doesn't discourage any buyers from purchasing our items, but we are just trying to avoid extra fees that are caused by misuse of ebay policies.
